The developer has claimed that Kittocks Den and the coastal path are not part of the development site. This plan, which was one of the drawings submitted with the final proposal, clearly shows that the site includes Kittocks Den and that the site boundary extends to the foreshore.

The Master Plan (refered to on the plan below) also included Kittocks Den and the coastal path within the site, as did a plan produced by Fife Council (for inclusion in the Departure Hearing Report).
